Making a booking Provisional bookings can be made via letter, fax, phone or email. Confirmation in writing with Purchase Order Number is required 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course. Dates may be offered to other customers after this date. Joining instructions are sent out two weeks prior to commencement of the course. Course Times The normal training day is defined as being 09:00 to 16:30. Alternative arrangements can be made for customised and on-site courses. Invoicing and Payment Fees are based upon payment to be received within 30 days of invoice date. Should you be unable to meet these terms, please advise us, as we will be able to re-quote on your payment terms. Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. New Customers are required to pay Pro Forma for first course. Course Lunches For In-house based courses, a light lunch will be provided. Cancellation Charges In the event of cancellation, the following charges per cancelled course place will be made. A request to cancel must be received in writing/fax. Working Days Notice | Percentage of course charges | | 11-20 Days | 50% | | 5-10 Days | 75% | | Less than 5 Days | 100% | Postponement of courses To postpone a course the request must be made in writing with at least 10 working days notice. An administration fee of £25 per delegate will be payable. Normal cancellation charges apply if less than 10 days notice is given. A postponed course requires alternative dates to be agreed and the training undertaken within the following 4 months. In exceptional and unforeseen circumstances Equinox reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course. Equinox also reserves the right to reschedule a course subject to written notice to confirmed participants not later than 10 working days prior to the course start. Equinox will not be liable for any consequential loss incurred by the customer or its trainees as a result of the course postponement or cancellation.
