We can also offer One to One PLC training, initiallly this may appear to be an expensive option, but like all things you have to way up the pro and cons.

Pros

One delegate can be released at a time, no requirement to get together at least 4 delegates to do any training.

Duration of each individuals training can be tailored around thier knowledge level, stronger delegates may require less days training, weaker delegates more days.

The training is tailored to your exact requirements, a variety of products from the same or different manufacturers can be covered. E.g. ControlLogix, plus DeviceNet plus PanelViewPlus or RSView etc.

The course is run a a pace dictated by the delegate, no having to wait for others to finish, or you may want to spend a bit more time on the subject you are struggling with. e.g. analog, PID etc.

The duration can also be tailored to suit requirements, typically someone working on their own will cover the same material in a least a day less, if not more. This is then, one extra day to cover more content or one less day away from your work and potentially a days less  shift cover.

Cons

It is more expensive to do One to One training, however this can partially be offset by not having to release delegates for as long. Saving days away from their job and shift cover costs.

A weeks One to One training costs are comparable with sending a delegate to the PLC manufacturer for a weeks training. From £400.00 per day.
