Equinox has a policy that each delegate on a course is provided with their own set of equipment consisting of PLC, PC and Simulator.

There are arguments for sharing, someone to bounce ideas of, someone to question the way you are going about a problem. However in our experience some people tend to free load when someone else is there to do the work. By providing each delegate with their own system they have to knuckle down and get on with the job.
